About Evan – Work Experience

 

Evan RothEvan is an executive coach who works with the few who influence the many.  He helps executives to thrive in the corporate workplace.

He has been a corporate executive for 30 years, serving in roles such as Chief Financial Officer, General Manager, and Chief Learning Officer in finance and technology companies, many of which are publicly traded.  He has led teams in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Holland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

In addition to being a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, he is a Certified Public Accountant.  He has expertise in leader development, facilitation, financial analysis, strategy development, innovation, organizational change, mergers and acquisitions, team dynamics, conflict management, employee engagement and well-being, and international operations.

In addition to his direct coaching clients, Evan coaches executives through the Thunderbird School of Global Management’s Global Institute of Coaching as well as MBA students from the McColl School of Business, Queens University.

Evan speaks Spanish and occasionally tries his hand with Portuguese, French, German, and Russian.  This is one of the places where he experiences the thrill, humility, and humor of learning something new.

Evan has served on the board of Healing Waters International, a nonprofit ministry, whose mission is to bring clean water to the poor.

He is passionate about helping corporate leaders, no matter what country they reside in, to reach their goals, with no regrets.
